Can you get the fallout 3 DLC if you buy fallout 3 for steam?

Hey guys I want to know if I buy fallout 3 off steam can I get the DLC?



Or should I just get it for 360?



I don't like the Microsoft points system.Can you get the fallout 3 DLC if you buy fallout 3 for steam?
Actually they will be releasing a Fallout 3 game of the year edition around October that will have all 5 DLC packs included for 60 bucks so you may as well wait for that if you want to get it for the 360.
