Ok so i know your other followers get fired when you go into DLC for fallout and that you can hire them back when you come back from it what about dogmeat He isn't really someone you hire so does he show up at the vault when you come back or is he gone unless you have the puppies perk.Does Dogmeat return when you come back from DLC in fallout 3?
Yep, you can get him back,
he just goes to wait for you outside vault 101
then you can talk to him and get him to join you again

Pissed me off when I played fallout 3 cause I never found any followers until the end of the game. Yeah you have to get him he doesn't come back. He'll be at Vault 101. If you had other followers you would have to go back to where you found them to get them back, I think?
