Will the upcoming Fallout New Vegas dlc let you roam the Mojave Wasteland?

*Caution: Contains spoilers* I know at the end of Fallout New Vegas, the game ends regardless of the path you choose. You don't get to continue the story or get to roam around the Mojave Wasteland, but with the upcoming DLC this holiday, I am wondering if you will get the chance to roam again, similar to the Broken Steel add-on in Fallout 3.Will the upcoming Fallout New Vegas dlc let you roam the Mojave Wasteland?
My guess is that it will extend past the ending. If not with the first DLC, then eventually with one in the future. The demand for that feature is too great for Obsidian and Bethsoft to ignore.Will the upcoming Fallout New Vegas dlc let you roam the Mojave Wasteland?
There's a high possibility you'll be able to or that you will be able to explore "locked" areas of the game, such as the train tunnel or east past the ncr outpost. (If you play around with noclip, you can see some large land pieces with absolutely nothing, those are likely to be dlc places.)Will the upcoming Fallout New Vegas dlc let you roam the Mojave Wasteland?
Chances are that you will be able to go on farther than your previous boundaries. Its a way for them to make some extra cash
