If I delete Fallout DLC on my xbox, can I play them all over again?

I don't have a 360 (I own a PS3), so I'm sorry if this won't help you much, but I'm pretty sure that if you want to play the DLC over, you should try deleting the save file first before deleting the DLC. If you delete the content itself and reinstall it, the game will probably still won't let you go back to that certain point as long as there's still a save file of it on your 360.
